IF COMING OF AT LEEDS GO TO THE ROUNDABOUT TAKE YOUR FIFTH EXIT AS IF YOUR COMING BACK ONYOURSELF GO TO THE MAIN ROUNDABOUT AND TAKE YOUR FIRST EXIT ONTO BLACKLEY ROAD. FOLLOW THE ROAD DOWN TO THE JUNCTION AND TAKE A LEFT ONTO HAMMERSTONE LEACH LANE WHICH GOES IN TO BROAD CARR LANE FOLLOW THE ROAD DOWN AND THEN TAKE A LEFT INTO THE HOTEL CAR PARK.
